Your Pet Portal

Pet Portals allow you to access your client and pet records. You can see past visits to CPVC, what vaccines have been given, when your pet is due for wellness care, and see previous prescriptions and whether refills are available. You are able to update your contact information so that you don't miss our calls, emails or pet care reminders. You also can print vaccination records for the groomer, boarding kennel and daycare at your convenience.

If you are new to the CPVC Pet Portal, call us at 603-742-1203 to activate your portal. Once activated, you will receive an email invitation to set your username and password to access your pets' medical records.
