Central Park Veterinary Clinic is excited to offer remote healthcare services with TeleVet! With the TeleVet mobile app you can easily send virtual consultation requests to us whenever your pet is sick or injured. When you contact us requesting a consultation, we will contact you via text or email to set up an appointment time.
To get started, download the TeleVet app on the iTunes or Google Play store and create your personal profile and your pets (pictures encouraged!). When you need us, create a consultation request detailing your pet’s issue. Upload any pictures or videos. After you request and consultation, we will contact you via email or instant message to determine an appointment time. You will be able to instant message and talk with us face to face through a video conference call to help get your pet feeling better again. We look forward to talking with you soon.
*Only available for current Central Park Veterinary Clinic clients and patients. Not all problems can be successfully addressed without a physical visit to the clinic. However, during these difficult times, we will do our best to work with you to make your telehealth visit as successful as possible. If, during your consultation, we determine that your pet needs to be seen in person, your in-office visit will be discounted to a lesser charge so you are not paying for two full examinations. Please do not use the telehealth option for emergency situations. If your pet is having an emergency, call our office at (603) 742-1203.
